Having been raised in an extreme conservative environment, where anything to do with the naked body, including enjoying sex, masturbation and nudity was taboo and considered unholy, it's taking me lots of effort to release these old constraints. While I often run around my home naked, it's taking a lot of effort to even trying to be nude during mediation and to not feel guilty or wrong or that I can't be properly connected. I for one am still dealing with lots of body shame and am still learning to accept my naked and sexual self as something God-given, to be appreciated, loved and enjoyed. Big hugs, Elwyn
