Kae, you have such wisdom and truth packed into this six minute video!! 🤗 As we keep digging deeper, it never ceases to amaze me how much happiness gets blocked by our self-limiting thoughts created by those nasty “ old tapes” we keep looping in our heads… I so agree with Alec that it can be a challenge to recognize when we are doing that !
