Or tampering with a crime scene, either accidently or on purpose, by getting rid of the victim or a witness. Eating a donut from the scene that has been dismissed as evidence.. maybe after it'd been sitting in the fridge for an extended period to preserve it just in case it was evidence. An unnoticed passenger going from hypothermic to unbearably warm in seconds.
