Little confused by Harry just accepting he has to stop Myrddin when he hasn’t even heard the issue yet. If he knows Myrddin is Merlin won’t be more inclined to trust Merlin? Rather than blindly trust the Lady of the Lake who just told him one thing and sent him to the past?

Draco's annoying taunts would be annoying but if he's without support when the school turns on him, then Draco would be a more constant harassment in his life on par with Snape. Like summer after first year and before 5 it might get to him more, Harry doesn't deal well with the lack of support.

Having 2 villains where Harry becomes significantly stronger than voldemort after defeating his first was anticlimactic in the Grindelwald fic to me. Then there's the question whether Harry is in an alternate timeline now or has overwritten his original one considering even Merlins fate has changed. It seems he only has Sirius to rely on fully in this timeline, Hermione being less loyal... So there's even less reason to timetravel back when he has stronger ties in the past, unless he does so at an old age to fulfil the prophecy at the very end.

2024-07-08 07:55:27 +0000 UTCDo you think? Honestly, I always saw Harry as someone who had to grow up quickly - the lack of love from the Dursleys & facing Voldemort in Yrs 1 & 2 - and so personally, I would think he would say Draco as kinda annoying really

2024-07-08 05:05:21 +0000 UTCI see your point, but I'm not sure that we can say 0%. I'm sure Harry will go back at some point and who knows when The Lady of the Lake brings him back to. It would seem logical that it would be during the 2nd Task, but that brings up other problems. Does Harry enter the lake as a scrawny 14-year-old and come out with his hostage as an adult with the body Godric's lessons have given him? With his return being an issue, does she decide to bring him back earlier when he can do more good? Now Arcturus would be alive. Can Lee resist the temptation of including Arcturus in the story, if he is alive during part of it? I have my doubts.

I find it kinda funny that Harry had Draco - albeit a verbal bully - in a list with Voldemort & Wormtail. It'd be good to see the Horcrux be used as to what u did in Honour thy Blood, a Flower for the Soul & Whispers of a Raven, i.e. possible safeguard to death & no knowledge/power boost besides the retention of Parsel tongue. Anyway, thanks for the chapter and I look forward to the next one.
