Tom and his merry band show up at the Potter Manor. War veterans all sitting around on the front lawn. “What took you so long?” Tom is confused. Lord Black proceeds to berate them for wasting their time, and then Tom‘s band of merry men ends up dead from elder abuse. That is, abuse from an elder war veteran on these idiots.

2024-06-13 16:43:04 +0000 UTCI love the pacing of this story. Nothing feels rushed, and it doesn't feel like it's taking long to get to the next segment. I'm surprised that Evans used some physical object to hit Rookwood, why not a nonverbal stupefy? Maybe there are wards in the DoM that I forgot being mentioned. Then again, not using a spell didn't help.
