2023-12-21 00:34:14 +0000 UTCCan't say as am surprised that Harry took the job as teach..least for a little bit anyway. I mean the way he was going about doing things...well I mean even for a former unspeakable he wasn't exactly being subtle about it now was he? He gathered attention....bits of good and bad of it...then rather than backing off proceeded to get even more attention to himself and now here he is. Despite loving Hogwarts I can't see Harry remaining there forever, least not while the darkness lurks beneath like it currently is and besides as it is chances are he is gonna make a name for himself while there which he is wanting to avoid, but with Harry being the way he is inevitably he is gonna craw more attention because he ain't one to hide while innocent people suffer it's not in his nature. I'll be curious to see how Harry plans to keep a low profile and out of public eye and avoid the attention as he originally planned after all of this...wont be possible if he kills Greyback especially.

2023-12-20 21:20:13 +0000 UTCThis should be interesting, definitely puts Amelia outside of her usual comfort zone and with Harry...alone...for a little bit too with no real way to get away from him. I sense some tension coming between the both of them. Gotta figure sooner of later she and him are gonna feel some kind of attraction and sooner or later I can see her flirting too might even put Harry off his game of that charm and all. One thing is for certain that things should get interesting pretty fast.

It was a great chapter and I can't wait for the confrontation with Greyback. Anyway, thank you for the chapter Mr McCusker and I look forward to the next one.

2023-12-17 14:48:53 +0000 UTCThis feels so far away from your usual works, I especially appreciate the change from the sober and dark undertones that are your usual flavor. Even when Werewolves and Dark Wizards are part of the menu, there is enough levity to circumvent the usual Grim flavor of your previous works. Also, I would love to see a collaborative effort between Harry and Albus here, haven't seen them do a 2-vs-army duel in any of the fics, and a younger Albus should easily be the juggernaut in magic that defeated Grindelwald. When you said Amelia was going to be one uptight (b)witch (no offense intended), you were not kidding. I hope change is coming in her attitude, maybe in this Forest arc itself, it would be good to see some back and forth, some flirting, from both sides.... Anyways, cheers for the chapter, and since Voldemort is not yet fully involved, I'm even more intrigued for the next few arcs....
