Written in the Stars - Alternate Ending
Added 2023-03-12 21:30:46 +0000 UTCFor those of you that are interested, this is the alternate ending scene for WITS which I'm sure many of you will prefer.
I chose the other because it tied in more with the other parts of the story below.
- Harry knew that he was still far behind Voldemort when they fought in Hogsmeade.
- He was raised by Cassiopeia, and knowing that facing Voldemort in a straight fight, it was possible that he would lose, so he would likely seize any other advantage he could.
- I did not want for the Hallows to be something he relied upon entirely for victory as they will be explored much more in TRL.
However, I understand the other ending was somewhat lacklustre in comparison to what we got in WTRBA, so I decided to release the alternative, something I have never done before despite having them for every story I have written thus far.
Anyway, I hope you enjoy it.

2023-03-16 17:14:07 +0000 UTCBoth were good, but unsurprisingly you're correct to use the OG ending. It was more in line with the character and was a move worthy of Salazar Slytherin. I just can't wait to go back to Hogwarts now, cause it's been time since we've had a story from yr 1. Also, I always enjoy your dialogue when there's more canon characters. Anyway, thank you for both chapters Mr McCusker and I look forward to the next one.
