I need your help!

So, this has been bugging me for a while now, and I feel like I need your guys' help. I think I've written enough to complete Volume 4, with Chapter 262: The Two Little Idiots being the last chapter. It caps off a good amount of lore and revelations. Plus, Chapter 263: Showing Signs of Change feels like a good fit for the intro to the next volume.
My reasoning is that there are many plots swirling around right now that could lead to Volume 4 becoming double the length of the other Volumes.
Here's a sneak peek into where we are going after Chapter 277.
Johan takes care of Tayna's Mana Rush, and while that is happening, Rya's Golems hits Alaric's weapons and gold stashes.
Alaric is in a meeting with Lord Dupree (Johan's Uncle) about helping him assassinate Baron Johnathan Dule.
Alaric learns that Rya has stolen 15% of his wealth and panics about how to deal with this predicament. He speeds up his plans to start an uprising within the kingdom and decides to help kill Johnathan, so he doesn't have to worry about moving all his assets inside the secret hideout inside the Eder Hills domain. (Johnathan Dule's territory)
Rya's maid Anna has her monthlies and discovers that tampons aren't a thing in Tertius, with the help of Quinus and an Alchemist named Lucas. She makes prototypes that will help her gain favor with the Ladies of the Court, foiling Leandra's plans to humiliate Rya and use Hilda to break up their marriage.
Quinus' libido is growing by the day, and he can't be fully satisfied without pushing Rya past her limits, which he refuses to do. But it's getting harder to do.
During Leandra's daughter's coming-of-age celebration, Rya discovers that Hilda has a Demi-God Mana Vein and can understand what babies say. She helps a tired young woman with her child.
Queen Rianna confronts Leandra about Sterilith Bloom.
Rya's pregnancy begins to show more, but she thinks she is getting fat and tries to get on a diet but fails.
Baroness Ysandra convinces Grand Master Fennic, Head Mage of the Fiafyr Kingdom, to allow Rya to enter the Guild's library. Rya is surprised that she can cast Time Space Magic. Her child has grown big enough to have mage veins that her mana can use. This is an ability that Nils gave her.
Prince Terenthiel Marrell returns to the Alliance Captial and informs High King Rolmund Aguilar III and Prophet Paul that a Dark Elf has corrupted the Fiafyr Royalty. They begin to raise an army and march toward Count Sebastian Ingham's domain (The Celestria Hollows)
Duval Panics when he finds out about an approaching war and demands that Rya be exiled immediately. However, Rya and Quinus have made good impressions on most of the Major Nobles, and he is losing his hold over Parliament.
Most of the Mojar Lords, pushed away by Duval's heretic behavior, decide to meet with Rya and address their concerns about her marrying Quinus. They will allow her to marry Quinus if she lets him have a mistress or a second wife who is human. They want assurances that another heir will be born before Quinus dies of old age. Rya doesn't like it but tells them she will think about it.
Leandra convinces Hilda to sneak the AphroAroma Wick (the aphrodisiac candle) into Rya and Quinus' room. Leandra planned to have a tea party with only the highest-ranking women allowed so Dori (Hilda's maid) could get the wick into their room and get the crown prince to cheat on Rya with one of the Wood Elves. Nils and Nebulus (Or maybe Iyomelka) will interfere with the duchess's plans by causing the maid to light the delay sooner than she planned and causing Rya to have a wardrobe malfunction, so she returns to her room. Quinus, Rya, and Nieren will be caught up in the aphrodisiac, and Nieren being a part of the fun saves Rya's life as Quinus cannot control his lust and could have killed her by sexing her to death. Rya also finds it fun to have another woman mixed in the fun once Quin finally gets satisfied for the first time in a long time.
Rya wants Nieren as Quin's second wife, and she, Nieren, and Dalia find the spent AphroAroma Wick that has Dori's and Hilda's scents all over it. Rya thinks Hilda tried to kill her by using Quinus. She goes to confront her.
Hilda gets in trouble with her brother and Leandra and loses everyone's support when Rya, Nieren, and Dalia show up. Rya eavesdrops on Hilda's conversion and finds out that she is being used as a pawn. Rya decides to make Hilda the third wife and takes her to Raski Forest to grow her mana vein. Hilda thinks Rya is going to execute her in the forest. Hilda gets stricken with Mana Lust, and Rya demands that she becomes loyal to Quinus and carries his children.
Hilda discovers that she is a Fire Witch and realizes that she is far more powerful than the Divine Three have taught her. Once she learns the truth about herself, she shows her half-brother and father how weak women are. Her faith in Rya grows, and her loyalty to Fiafyr is unbreakable.
Alaric starts the uprising when everything fails. He does this when the Alliance starts to invade.
There's more, but that's what I have in mind before I will call it done. I feel like I have started Volume 5, but I want to ensure I'm processing this correctly.
Thanks all!

2024-09-20 04:50:46 +0000 UTCIt's all good, Tyler. I know it's not for everyone, and I'm aiming to give this group their respect unlike most harems and it's only going to be Rya, Quinus, Nieren, and Hilda. Thanks for all the support, and I hate to see you go... I hope you have a good day, and maybe I'll see you in the future if you like how the free stuff is going.

2024-09-13 18:50:58 +0000 UTCDisappointed this is going a harem route, probably going to drop it. You're a very talented author though and I wish you a ton of luck going forward!

2024-09-13 18:39:37 +0000 UTCI think you're right that 262/263 is a good volume ending/starting point. The statue ceremony and revelations feel like the climax to a volume (chapters involving the Gods always work as great bookends). Also, in general, it's nice to have at least somewhat similar length books (four being twice as long as the others is a bit too much, imo). Outline for the rest of volume 5 looks great as well.

2024-09-12 18:53:36 +0000 UTCThe only issue I can see with that is that is it won't resolve the low point for Hilda. The ending I had in mind is Rya and crew repel the invading forces of the Alliance killing Prophet Paul and a few of the Principality. With Rya finally finding out that she is pregnant.

2024-09-12 18:34:44 +0000 UTCI like that. We'll see how it turns out because this stuff isn't fully set in stone, but at some point we will be going against the High Elves.

2024-09-12 18:24:53 +0000 UTCI forgot to mention that I'm probably going to give this 24 hours before I make my decision.

2024-09-12 18:22:01 +0000 UTCI like it that Hilda might be asserting herself more as her own person. The BS of the three needs a good smackdown. In their arrogance they believe that she will further their schemes, but her tossing a wrench (or five) in to the mix might cause some delightful chaos. She can still be an unknown to Rya and Quintus as she has learned how to keep her own council (a survival instinct). Don't make it so easy to tease out her alliances/opinions. Let her be crafty but not treacherous. An enigma wrapped in a mystery with her own motivations based upon the terrible things she has been put through

2024-09-12 18:00:45 +0000 UTCI would try to find you volume climax after Quin takes Neirin 🤔 and transition to a new volume.
