The twin personalities Fa'nee & Ha'nee don't have that name for nothing: they are temporal paradoxes of before and after of Gi'oee (native name of Joy), strangely aligning the letters F+G+H in sequence you could also understand "female growth hormone," a fun coincidence in the story. Also, the 2 dolls Jana has in her bed are named Fane and Hane. Coincidence? I don't think so!
As I said earlier DV 24 was one of the most challenging chapters I've ever made and it by far one of those I like most revisiting because of the investment and fun I had in it. And for Joy behaving like she has the toonforce, hehe.
In the ancient Dominas Valens names used to have some accents on it, while the stone lords and commoners would not have them. Names like Gis'Elle, Moon'Ikke, Ty'Stan, Ty'Son, Ti'Tania and others were imagined and had some drafts, but those are lost in the backgrounds I've written, they're too romantic and would be too complicated to turn into a new series, so, they're just backstories for now.
Back to them, Fa'nee represents the main aspect of the cycles in the history, spring and winter, those are also the first 2 gems on the Goddess Mark from the first seasons. Like the young Joy, she is silly, fun, loves all that we love if you know what I mean, but is immature and easily hurt.
Ha'nee represent summer and autumn, so the season of the strength and decadence on a cycle, the older self, resistant, motherly, thoughtful and fertile. She represent Joy's late life, like a more responsible part of her.
One of them is scheduled to return in a future comic, I'm not sure if I will make it canon or not because it is on early draft and needs a lot more drafting. It will have a lot of growth, so, I'm looking forward to it when it happens.
