Medium and BIG Patrons Tier errors fixed

After some complaints I've found out a lot of posts were not showing up to BIG Patrons. Some of those were my fault, and I fixed them, others were some weird bug where I needed to edit the post and save again.
I've reviewed all of them and changed some configs: now the problem may be fixed.
I will keep posting the complete attachments on their mains posts and lower tier posts will be liberated to be seen in the timeline in order to avoid misunderstandings.
The notifications of new posts (e-mails) will keep being delivered only once, I've found a way to do so without needing to restrict the posts.
I hope this works.
If ANY lower tier post can't be seen, let me know that I'll check them.
