Hello there, how y'all doing?

These are been a couple of weird months, populated by healthcare appointments, family meetings and some alcohol to melt stressful weeks.

Tired of people poking me and asking me to stay in weird positions... and the shaving for the exams striped half my chest's skin out... ouch that thing made me look like a lab monkey haha, though it wasn't funny ATM.

The good news is that heart and health is okayish, doc even said I'm above average for my age, so, I just need to keep the healing focus, watch stress triggers, take care of food habits and slow down. In a time I can't slow down more than this (facepalm).

Luckily to me, it is just anxiety and stress that made my body behave crazy: pain due to high cortisol levels and heart rate due to this lack of balance of earlier years (stress).

Meaning I got to go to a shrink. Despite of preferring growth (got it?).

Haha, this is it.

Next step is research and planning for the other IRL stuff I have in my way this year because we all know the world is going weird lately: C-virus + back to office + war + elections + word cup are messing a lot the life and mind of people, all we can do is prepare ourselves and pave the ways of a better tomorrow.
