トラフィックプランナー スタンドアローンバージョンのアップデートです
今回はCSPのバージョンアップに伴い最新Verである0.2.4のトラフィックプランナーを組み込んだ形になります。
例によってトラフィック車両の読み出し場所はextension\lua\tools\csp-traffic-tool\dataですのでご注意を。

Traffic planner stand alone version update！
This time, the traffic planner of 0.2.4, which is the latest version, is incorporated in the CSP version upgrade.
As usual, please note that the location to read the traffic vehicles is extension\lua\tools\csp-traffic-tool\data.
