CORE 450: Replay & Boxing Day

The end of 2024 approaches, and with it our desire to look back! Well, a little anway. Think of this week as prep for our Best of Year episode coming in January! Anyway, lots of stuff troday including our Reply on Steam stuff, what games people played the most on various platforms, Steam in particular, Dead Space 4 was dead on arrival, Skibidi Toilet has entered the mainest of streams, Rocksmith back from the dead, and all the games we played! Plus your feedback, etc.

Jon said he wanted an IP draft where companies would make offers for ips to other companies for ones they're not using or abusing. I want to see that! I want full characters, full costumes, partial scripts, and full commitment to the bit :)

Yeah, I think I gave it short shrift a bit, but they were just less interesting data-wise I think. I suspect that stuff will improve with MS's current trajectory.

hehe. Thanks! Yeah, I get pretty excited about this stuff I guess. :)

Scott, your recommendations sell more Steam games to me than any Valve marketing does. Thanks for that! (Not sarcasm, I'm legitimately grateful).

You guys kind of poo poo'd on the Xbox summary, but honestly, if you haven't checked it out in Game Pass it's decent. I really wish that there was one that collected all of the services into a single summary. I feel like GOG could do this based on how they are already capable of collecting your game library information and presenting it to you.
