Here's Josie. She turned out pretty cute.

Comments:
There's two sets of brows. One of them uses the original alpha channel, but makes them look fuller.
The other one looks closer to how it should look in the original character, this one I made by creating the alpha channel out of the existing one + leveled one diffuse.
The second one looks better imo, but I left them both in case you like the fuller one better (see the attached PNGs for a preview of both).
There's also a hair with accessory and a hair without.
