2023-02-24 21:05:22 +0000 UTCThey've had 2+ years to build up the chemistry and thank goodness they get to use it! I can't believe I finally get to watch them in their own show!!!!! The editing is a bit choppy and the writing is a tad bit iffy since they had to rewrite the script, but I think it's going to be decent, which is a relief. I was worried it'd be all chemistry but the show itself wouldn't do them justice. Now I feel better.

King definitely caught feelings before they got to bust down, so I kinda feel for him on how cold Uea is....then I don't because King clearly likes it. But with Uea thinking he's a player and just breaking up with his cheating boyfriend... I'm glad we get to know about Uea's trauma upfront. Boy is going through it. His mother is a whole dumpster fire.

The abusive mother, the cheating toxic boyfriend, the playboy who loves to tease (but secretly cares for Uea), it's a lot to take in. It was giving me...mellow hype. Let's see how next episode goes.
