If you don’t feel a gust of wind when I blink they aren’t long enough hahaha and I actually really liked the ending as much as it hurt it was all mutual.. PinJun let Hai Qing go not only for Hai Qing’s happiness but also so he can move on because their love had reached its end! Can’t wait to watch the special episodes!

But anywho, it ended up as a neutral ending where it was happy for one side yet sad for the other. After Pinjun's accident it was a wake up call to everyone where PinJun realize that he can't hold on to HaQing any longer because he knows that he loves Yan Fei more. Even though he had to let him go he was in pain for doing so 😭💔 I also love how HaQing and his dad developed their relationship and even so he went to America too. . The special episodes are short but really good. It's 3 of them I believe but they are really short 👌🏼 Thank you for reacting to a nostalgia BL series! I enjoyed rewatching it with you! ❤

Pinjun was so crucial for Haiqing because he helped him grow, he was a season that he needed to go through to become a better person. I love how despite the complexity of the situation all 3 of them let love not bitterness or anger guide their path. They understood that the heart doesn't do what we want, it often does what we need. As for the special episode, technically there are 4. But the episode compilation of 13-14-15 is where you stop. The 16th was supposed to be a lead into S2 but they decided against it iirc. Thanks for watching this series, it's so good and I just absolutely love it! The OST is by a guy named Max Lin and it's on Spotify!
