Lili doesn't give up. she refuses to lose like that to someone she sees as inferior to her.
She manages to escape Tifa's headscissors, Using her flexibility to kick her and use the moment of distraction to escape.
Lili then rolls away and stands, and so does Tifa.

-Tifa: almost got you, hehe, princess?
-Lili: That? It was a lucky shot, filthy slum girl. But don't worry, I will send you back to the hole you belong.

Lili says with gritted teeth, clearly containing all her rage. She attacks Tifa with a sequence of blows, much more feral and strong than before, and eventually, she breaks through her guard.
With a well places kick to Tifa's chest, Lili sends the brunette to the floor on her back, and before she could react, pins her underneath her, smothering her face underneath her crotch, suffocating her.

-Tifa: Nghmmm!!!!!!
-Lili: This is where you belong, cur! and I will make sure you never forget your place again. You're not even worthy of breathing the same air as me!

Tifa tries to punch Lili's thighs, but the heiress is fast to grab her wrist, not letting her even struggle properly.

-Lili: Ah, fighting back, are we? don't worry, I will make sure to make you a docile little puppy by the time I'm done with you!
