Tifa has Lili at her mercy, trapped in the leglock and while holding her arm. But that's not enough. Lili humiliated her. Called her a lot of demeaning things, stepped on her. She wants revenge by humiliating Lili as well.
In a swift motion, Tifa swaps positions, trapping Lili in a Frontal side headscissors.

-Tifa: (chuckles) Own, look at the mighty little princess. Not feeling so superior now you are the one being choked out, huh? You're nothing but a spoiled brat, and now i'm gonna hand you a dose of reality.
