September + Status + Update!


Hello, hello.

What is happening with the game?

Well, first of all --> 0.58 is the latest update, in case you missed it! Featuring Church maiden, some physically encouraging renders, and a cutscene which sets up the plot of Chapter 8...

Also, for the public/free version people, there's some bugfixes over here, just in case you missed 'em.

The shortcut page may still say 0.57.something, because Patreon decided to change how their layout works, and if I touch that page, all my carefully place pictures will break.

Anyway, the next update this month is soon(tm). Currently, I am working on a scene featuring the morning routine of a certain Succubus/Government bureaucrat. Just need to finish a point of view 'riding' type of animation, and then a shower scene, and then the next update is pretty much done.

She's gotten a bit of a makeover in Blender, but I think you'll recognize her. Had a poll last month where Purple and Tan were the most popular choices for the skin color (Purple won in the end!). Her new clothes/jewelry/general aesthetics are (loosely) based on ancient Sumerian stuff, like the headband with leaves & 8 pointed stars.

On a sidenote, I also managed to piece together a sort of 'shower system' simulation in blender, so you can have object instances falling (water drops), then attaching to a mesh and sliding along the surface (the body), and the automatically falling off the body when it reaches a place thats too steep (like the underside of the arm) (its actually based on the "normals" but whatever). Not to bad for someone who barely passed math in school... I might have spent a little too much time on getting it to work, but this game does have a lot of bathing scenes now that I think of it... So I think it'll result in some neat renders.

On another sidenote, I've been tinkering with some side-projects. First it was some stuff in Unity, but man, it's extremely time-consuming. Just moving over the 3D model and making it look the same as in Blender is a whole process in itself. So I think, I'll probably freeze the Unity plans for now, though I might make a VN or something like that where I can render the scenes outside of Unity in the future.

However, there's also Renpy, which is a bit easier to work with. It's probably a bit to early to say anything more, but I'm doing it anyway.

A short spinoff, in a perhaps, not too far, dystopian future. You may recognize some characters.

Anyway, can't you give you any release date, basically its just something I've tinkered a bit with it while waiting for Goblin Layer scenes to finish rendering, but its coming at some point. And after it has... come, I'll put up a poll or something, and you can decide how much dev-time should be spent on it.
