MAYbe a Status Update

First things first.
0.57.5 aka "Unreal 5 Remake" - Edition is out for Patreons (Steel & up), you'll get it here!
And the Supporters can try out 0.57.4 here.

So. 057.4 was the big gameplay overhaul and there's been a lot of code going both in and out from the game. 0.57.5, which just got released expands on it even more & makes more polished. Hopefully you'll enjoy it. I've half-assed the actual gameplay for so long, it feels to good finally give it some attention.

New items, enemies, skills, cutscenes, music, mechanics, ui , shops, spriteart, and so on...
And yes, there are new renders & animations as well... You may want to check out the prologue again.

Well. In any case, since the gameplay stuff is mostly out of the way, I shall now go back to focusing on the """plot"""!

1. In the longer term; Updated art for the Townswomen and new scenes + Chapter 8... the turning point.
2. In the short term: Implementing the previously mentioned "physical encouragement" skill"

I tried an 'illuminated manuscript' style for the new UI. It may be an aquired taste, but it's easy to revert.

Basically a way to 'get closer' to your party members, in the middle combat...

The very basic framework is already in the game, but its barebones at the moment.
So for the next update I'll focus on properly fleshing it out and render all the 'artwork'.

The original plan was have it included in 0.57.4/5, but I kinda underestimated how time consuming this stuff can be. Plus, I'm also making some improvements to the 3d models behind the scenes, so might as well finish that up before making a big batch of renders.

Also, 0.57.4 won't be getting a public release.
It's got a lot of new stuff, but is also a bit rough, so we'll skip to 0.57.5 instead, which is more polished.
So it'll be a bigger update, but it also means non-patreons have to wait a longer for the next free update this time .
