Dr. Lilith's legacy

The train filled with mist that had a sickly sweet odor. For a moment, nothing happened, the train rolled on in stunned silence. Then the cramps started! Everyone was in pain, the men much more than the women. It felt like someone was twisting my insides. The pain was so great I passed out.
I woke in the hospital, like this, a woman in her 20s. Everyone on the train, male or female was now a woman in her 20s, young healthy, very well endowed, and we eventually found out,functionally immortal. I don’t age, I don’t get sick, and injuries heal in minutes.
They say Dr. Lilith’s aerosol MACR bomb was a terror attack, and it did destroy the life I had. My wife left me, and adjustment sucked for the first few decades.
But I have had a whole new life as a woman in the 65 years since, and they have been far from terrible. Maybe the Doctor was on to something.
