The only way out for most humans was to sell themselves into drone-service. Their Earth bodies abandoned, their neural print was downloaded and transmitted to operate customized bio-drones in the service of rich owners.
Last week, Alex had finally taken the drone-service exam. With no education, or skills, the only role he had qualified for was that of “pleasure drone.” Facing starvation on a dying world, Alex signed himself over and hoped his master would be some hot heiress.
An hour later, Alex awoke as the property of a fat, aging, male executive. In the body of a beautiful brunette fem-drone equipped with a hypersensitive vagina, elevated libido, and expansion-variable breasts. A digital display wired into the optic nerve would relay commands from the Fem-drone’s master and Alex had to comply or pain would be transmitted directly to Alex’s neural receptors.
Holding less rights than the slave-girls in her master’s harem, Alex was now little more than an appliance for gratification. It was still a better life than the one he had left behind on Earth.
