Alex's Escape 1

Centuries ago, the rich had looted the planet’s resources and gone into the stars, leaving everyone else on a barren, polluted, and impoverished world where those left behind waited for extinction.
Once in a while “rescue” craft would land, offering a trip off world in exchange for a life of enslavement to the rich, but Alex was always too malnourished to qualify.
But today, Alex saw a new offer. Offworld Bio-Drone service. He could enter offworld service without his body, his mind would be written onto a bio-printed drone!
After he signed the papers, he was given an aptitude test before uploading into a simulation space where he would experience a “gradual” transition into his new body. He knew he would only qualify for physical work and expected to be transformed into a strong laborer.
In the digital simulation however, he found himself in a fancy house filled with mirrors. Day by day, he watched his body thin, soften. As breasts grew and his penis shrank, Alex understood his fate. He would be no laborer, he would be written into the body of a female pleasure-drone.
After a week in simulation, and only 20 minutes in reality, Alex’s mind was transmitted 55 light years into her new form.
