Final Report: After seizure of goods in case 12865GF Hampton’s value as a CI was expended and he was not deemed qualified for Witness Protection. Hampton’s status as an informant was made known to the “Blackboots” gang he ran with the expectation that the Blackboots would terminate him.
Unexpectedly, the BlackBoots contracted with Dr. K Lilith (File NT654982) for an involuntary gender transition and mental reconditioning.
Hampton is now called Elsie “FireCunt” Hampton and is considered club entertainment, free for the use of all members and guests.
