Transition of power

Until a spell was cast that ended it all! It crossed the bindings to the magical energies. Born men were linked to the feminine reservoir and born women linked to the masculine. None could access their own power and the wars ended. Our new mundane Civilization began.
Mystic had never felt right as a boy. Finally, her egg cracked, in a tearful confession to her girlfriend, she admitted that she was a woman and that she intended to fully transition. With that admission came a sense of power far beyond gender euphoria. It crackled in her hands and a ball of light appeared.
Into the light, Mystic poured all her dysphoria and fear. The light grew as her body feminized. At last, it was done. Mystic was the woman she wanted to be, and one of the few true witches in the world.
