REWARD: Unsatiable Girl 3 (finalization)

Later I drew a sketch for a third one https://thekoudelka.deviantart.com/art/Unsatiable-Girl-3-sketch-499694026 but I never finished it.
But now one of my awsome Patrons wished for a finalization of this sketch. And here it is.
This was a reward for a 25$-pledge (which was ok since the sketch was already made).
