ご支援いただいている皆様へのお知らせ(pixivFANBOX規約改訂の件について)

いつも変わらぬご支援・閲覧ありがとうございます。ViVeakです。

pixivが FANBOXに関して、新規発行される決済規約に基づき以下のジャンルを非公開にするようすべてのクリエイターに対し通知した件につきましてのお知らせです。

まず初めに私は生態的ないわゆる”本番”はNG・あくまでもヒーロー、特撮ものにありがちなピンチや敗北までの流れだけを自分なりに描写するのがポリシーとしてあり、実際に投稿を見ていただいている方にはご理解いただけると思いますが、姦淫に該当する行為を直接的に描写したことはないですし、上に挙げられる具体的な五つの行為に該当する投稿についても存在していないと考えております。

ですがこういったコンテンツの性質上、解釈次第によっては如何様にもとられてしまう面があるのもまた事実（触手やツタに絡まっている姿を獣姦と解釈するなど）ですし、プラットフォームを利用させていただいている以上はその決定に従う義務があるとも考えております。

また、プラットフォームを利用させていただいている以上は、そのプラットフォームの決定に従わなければならないとも考えております。

詳細は今月の末に発表されるとありますので、その発表を以て非公開などの措置を取る可能性がありますが、現状では情報が錯綜しており全く不透明な状態ですのですぐにいくつかの投稿を非公開および停止、削除することは考えておりません。

ないとは思いますが万が一仮に規約がかなり厳しいもの（R18全般の禁止など）に変更された場合には、12/15以降の投稿に関しては

・既に運用しているファンティア、Patreonへ移動していただく

・別のFANBOXに似たサイトを開設する

などいろいろな対案が考えられますが、ご支援者様にはご負担やご迷惑をかける形になってしまうので、なるべく現状を維持できるように善処いたします。（また投稿していない予約のストックが二つほどあるのでそれを無駄にしたくないのもあります・・・）

支援者の皆様におかれましては、Pixivの次の通達と私のお知らせをお待ちいただければ幸いです。

This is to inform you that pixiv has notified all creators that the following genres are to be made private in accordance with the newly issued payment terms regarding FANBOX.

First of all, it is my policy to describe in my own way only the pinch and the process of defeat, which is common in hero and special effects stories, and not the ecological so-called "production", and as those who have actually seen my posts will understand, this does not constitute fornication. I have never directly described any acts that fall under the category of fornication, and I don't think there are any posts that fall under the five specific acts listed above.

However, it is also true that the nature of this kind of content means that it can be taken in any way depending on interpretation (e.g. the sight of a person entangled in tentacles or ivy could be interpreted as bestiality), and as we are using the platform, we are obliged to follow their decisions.

We have been told that the details will be announced at the end of this month, so there is a possibility that we may take measures such as making some posts private after that announcement, but at the moment we are not considering making some posts private, suspending or deleting them immediately as the information is mixed up and it is completely unclear.

We do not think that this will happen, but in the unlikely event that the terms and conditions are changed to something quite strict (such as a ban on R18 in general), we would like to take the following measures with regard to posts made after 15 December.

We will ask you to move to a fanbox or Patreon that is already in operation.

We will open another FANBOX-like site.

We will do our best to maintain the current status quo. (We also have a couple of stock of reservations that we haven't posted yet, and we don't want to waste them...)

I hope all supporters will wait for the next notice from Pixiv and my announcement.
