Totally get it if you’re thinking, “I ain’t reading all that,” but please stick with me here—I promise it’s worth your time!
Some of you may have noticed that I reuse a lot of poses in my posts. This wasn’t out of laziness but a deliberate choice. Earlier on, I prepared a ton of content in advance so I could focus my energy on creating brand-new poses, themes, and styles. And today, I’m excited to share some examples of those upcoming evolutions! These changes have been in the works for a long time, and you’ll start to see them implemented more and more in future posts. The examples are attached as a zip file down below—feel free to check them out!
KurutAI’s 2025 Roadmap: A Year of Bigger Dreams and Deeper Love ❤️
My time on patreon has been amazing thanks to you, and I’m thrilled to share my roadmap for 2025! Here’s a breakdown of what’s coming:
🌟 Phase 1: A Fresh Start (January - March)
Creative Evolutions Begin: Expect fresh poses, diverse expressions, and entirely new themes to make each post unique and exciting.
Enhanced Tier3 Exclusives: Early in the year, Tier3 will see exclusive variations and surprises.
Polls & Suggestions: I’ll gather your feedback on what characters, styles, and ideas excite you most.
Valentine’s Special: A love-filled exclusive set to celebrate the season of romance.
🔥 Phase 2: Fusion of Tier1 & Tier2 (April - June)
Phase 2 will introduce some significant and exciting changes:
Merging Tier1 & Tier2: New patrons will access both tiers under a new, unified structure.
Current Tier1 Patrons: You’ll stay at the current pricing as a token of gratitude for your early support.
Current Tier2 Patrons: Your price will be reduced to reflect the new structure while keeping your benefits.
High-Resolution for All: All patrons (regardless of tier) will gain access to high-res images, with 8K resolution remaining exclusive to Tier3.
New Tier2 Benefits: The “new” Tier2 will feature completely revamped benefits to offer more variety and value to those patrons. These benefits will, of course, also apply to Tier3 patrons.
I realize this is a lot of change, and I hope it doesn’t feel overwhelming. It’s worth mentioning that I only started this Patreon account a few weeks ago, so the rapid progress and updates are all part of adapting and improving for you as quickly as possible. I hope these changes make your experience even better, and I’m here to hear any thoughts or feedback you might have!
🎉 Phase 3: New Rewards System Based on Loyalty (July - September)
This will be a game-changer! I’ll implement a completely new way to reward my patrons:
Rewards Based on Longevity: Your support over time will matter just as much as your tier.
Exciting Surprises: This loyalty system will include unique rewards for long-time supporters that go beyond financial contributions.
🎄 Phase 4: Wrapping the Year with Love (October - December)
Halloween & Holiday Specials: Massive seasonal sets with all the festive vibes.
Grand Christmas Set 2025: Following this year’s holiday special, I’ll create an even more elaborate Christmas collection, packed with love and surprises.
End-of-Year Reflection: I’ll gather your feedback to make 2026 even better.
⚠️ A Change in Approach
I want to share an important update about my content going forward. Right now, I love creating sets for you so much that I’ve been uploading three different sets every single day. Without realizing it, I started putting more effort into quantity rather than quality, and that’s not really the direction I want to take.
Starting in 2025, I plan to reduce the number of sets I upload to focus on creating something truly unique, captivating, and of higher quality every single time. I hope this change aligns with what you value most, and I’d love to hear your thoughts on this direction. My goal is to deliver content that truly wows you, even if it means fewer posts overall.

These poses are displayed by yours truly, my original character, Miyuki. She will soon be making her own appearance and joining me on my AI journey—I hope you're as excited as I am for it! Since these poses were trained mostly on Miyuki, I’m still fine-tuning some of them to work with other characters as well. But the base structure is already there, and I’m honestly so proud of how these poses have turned out. Stay tuned for even more with Miyuki in the spotlight!
