Survey Results: Let’s Take a Look Together!

Hello, this is Ho-ze! As we wrap up the year, I’d like to share some survey results and discuss upcoming changes to the support plans.

First, let’s take a look at the results of the most important survey items: [The Project You Want to See Most in the Future] and [The Second Most Wanted Project].

For the [The Project You Want to See Most in the Future] category, each vote was calculated as '2 points,' and for [The Second Most Wanted Project], each vote was calculated as '1 point.' The results combine responses from the Korean, English, and Japanese surveys.

Yes, by just a single vote, [Professional Mercenary Android] claimed the top spot as the most anticipated project! Since it’s a relatively recent work, I never expected it to rank first, so I was truly surprised. However, this result made me realize how many of you felt it was unfinished, which led me to prioritize creating a sequel first.

Another surprising discovery was the unexpected popularity of [A-12], which wasn’t even listed as an option. It received so much love, particularly from Japanese and English-speaking audiences, that many of you specifically requested to see it again. As a result, I’ve added it to the list this time.

Reflecting on these results has given me a chance to think carefully about the direction of future projects. Thank you so much for your continued support!

Next is the question: "What do you think about lowering the support fee to 800 yen, while setting the price of completed works at 1200–1500 yen?"

Many of you shared negative feedback regarding this idea, so we’ve decided to keep the current plan as it is. However, the 600-yen plan will be discontinued, and the content previously available under that plan will now be released for free.

Additionally, we plan to introduce a new additional support plan for those who wish to contribute further. While I may not be the fastest to respond, I will do my utmost to express my gratitude and provide meaningful rewards to those who choose to support this plan!

And finally, the last question: "What are your thoughts on furry bots (animal-type androids)?"

The results showed that "Furry bots are fine too" received a total of 34.1%, while "I prefer humanoid robots over furry bots" accounted for 65.8%.

This was just a simple survey to get a sense of everyone’s preferences. Don’t worry, I’m not suddenly embarking on some suspiciously lucrative furry route or anything like that! 😄

I couldn’t help but smile when I saw a comment that seemed genuinely thoughtful. While I’m not planning to fully dive into a professional furry route, I do have a desire to explore various mechabare concepts. So, I might consider creating a short comic featuring a furry robot at some point!

As the year draws to a close, I reflect on what a busy and eventful 2024 it has been. Thanks to all of you, I was able to navigate this year safely and successfully. I carefully read through each of the thoughtful comments left at the end of the survey, and some moved me to tears of gratitude. Others offered constructive feedback that deeply resonated with me.

In 2025, I will do my utmost to bring you even more meaningful and abundant works. Once again, thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
