This is very shady by Patreon. They're claiming that they're just passing along credit card fees, but they charge all patrons once per month in a big bundle transaction, so the fees they're paying are about 2-5% plus $0.20-35 once per month, but they'll be collecting 2.9% plus $0.35 Times the number of posts supported on a per post basis + the number of monthly creators you support. For me, the difference between those two is over $30 per month.
