Hi everyone!

The development of Tame It Too! v0.10.0 is steadily moving toward completion! Many elements are already finished or nearly there and soon we’ll begin assembling everything into a cohesive update.

Here’s what we’ve accomplished over the past week:

Combat System

We’ve made significant progress on the new combat system! The basic interface is almost ready, along with some animations and mechanics. We’re already running initial tests to see how everything looks and feels in the game’s environments.

We have big plans for this feature, and while not everything may make it into the next update, we’re pushing to deliver as much as possible!

Cutscenes

All four comic-style cutscenes are complete! Now we’re placing them in the right story moments and adding fitting music and sounds to create a truly immersive atmosphere.

These cutscenes are wonderfully diverse: dramatic, funny, and even a little scary at times! We’re really happy with how they turned out and hope you’ll love them too.

The Valley

We’re still polishing the valley location, adding new details and points of interest. Several new 3D objects are finished, with more on the way. Many of these spots will have their own  functionality, like becoming small puzzles with rewards down the line, so we’re planning ahead even if they won’t all debut in the next update.

Once all key elements are in place, we’ll start designing the valley’s map, which is another exciting task!

Hot Scenes

We’re putting the finishing touches on completed scenes, tweaking them until everything runs smoothly (like well-oiled machinery… or whatever lubrication you prefer!).

We’re also hard at work on Octa’s scene, which is likely the most complex one in this chapter, so it’s taking extra time and care.
