Some Changes Coming

2016-08-04 02:41:53 +0000 UTCIt's only giving people advantages for being in higher tiers. A purely open and public raffle is still allowed. I'd ask Fluff-kevlar about it for more information as he still has an open raffle, but had to change how his rewards work.
