We continue to actively work on our games and each week we are moving forward in development! πͺπ» Last week we accomplished quite a number of tasks and set ourselves new ones!
UI for Sam's gameplay
Work continues on Sam's gameplay, specifically the mode where he interacts with the girls he knows. We've updated the UI design with new necessary elements and it's almost ready to be ported into the game.
Stealth
Over the past week we have made serious progress on the street shadowing mini-game. The basic mechanics have already been implemented, but itβs still pretty raw. Now we are working on the design of the 3D location where the characters will be tracked. We have a lot of buildings planned with all kinds of establishments. There is a lot of work to be done!
Doggie for Vi
We originally intended for Vi to have a pet in the future. You may have seen it on the loading screens, and now we've decided on its appearance in the game itself. Last week we made some sketches and drew the sprites that you'll see in the game.
New character
We continue to add new characters and now we're working on the secondary male character, which we came up with last year. This character is a trainer at the gym located on the first floor of the house that Vi is observing. And of course, like the other characters, he has his own pretty interesting secrets for you to uncover π
As for the second prototype of Tame It Too!, we're not sitting idly by, we're fixing the bugs you've reported to us. Thank you so much for doing this! It helps us a lot!
Poisoning

Lee can get poisoned in the game, for example by raw meat, and start losing HP because of it. But poisoning looked kind of implicit, so we added a color marker to indicate that your character is poisoned.
Variations for dialogs

We're working on making dialogs more interesting and adding variability to them. We are currently testing different designs for displaying dialogs in the game.
Steam release
This week the new Tame It Too! prototype will be released on Steam and we're preparing for this important event! The prototype will be free for all owners of the game on Steam as last time.
