Reward phone wallpaper №2 [The Void. Death Stranding tribute]

It was really interesting to work on The Void project.
We approached to it to have fun and experiment on set and it was so. We made special liquid, poured it everywhere and all over the model – in short, enjoyed ourselves. )
I think dark themed project suited to Halloween theme the best! )

Hardest or better say heaviest part was Glass unit window (not sure I translated it correctly). First of all it was bigger than we expected. I was searching for it for quite sometime, and when I saw, that someone gives away cracked window, we were there same day! Only thing I missed is the size of it. )
And it was heavy as hell. That day all taxi drivers decided to turn us down, so we needed to drag it by ourselves. Aaand it was long road, even so my apartment was near. Luckily!
It was the only time when I thought about, why I still don’t have driving license? Then I remember, that my camera is very old, new one cost like decent car and I’m still working for it. )

Before choosing to make a tribute, I played actual game. I got strange feeling from it. Seemed like Kojima just wanted to make film at first, but written plot was so complex, it needed full game for explanation. Best visual parts and story are very late in game, at one point it makes you doubt the decision to make certain gameplay parts too long. Maybe meditative gameplay is not my cup of tea and distracts too much from what’s need to be seen.

Now, when you see the finished photoshoot, what do you think? Is it good tribute? )
Cheers to our model who withstand all hardships we put her thru. Especially the part where black liquid is all over the body, which made floor really slippery and hard to pose.

In my next post I’ll announce our November project. All I say for now, it is long awaited photoshoot, that I hinted and talked openly many times. )
