Ahri KDA first "spicy" finished look reveal!

Hello my Sweethearts!
I was thinking on what finished photo to show you as an "appetizer". The one, that will show the best traits of the current project. At one point, I wasn't sure on what to choose, because there are several equally great photos.
So, I decided to pick the most "balanced" one )

I'm happy to share with the finished "spicy" look of our Ahri project.
While working on post-production, I, once again, was happy about our decision to use cyclorama as set. I get to a liking soft reflected colored light (so adjectives, haha) ) on model and whole scene. And it fits our character in the best way in my opinion!
Also, it really compliments and accompanies neon wires we used as somehow ambient light, partly. Because on set there wasn't so much light from them. Just a bit.

As I said, we shot on infinitr cyclorama. For my Friends who know what it is and how it's made, its walls made in curve at the buttom, in order to create smooth transition from wall to floor. Also it creates soft and even reflection of light from walls around the object. Simply, you can see character in fully white (or green or blue) room, evenly lit all around.
As you might remember, our goal was to create even and soft colored light around and on model. At the same time it creates dilemma. How to create depth?
Our perception of 2D images is combination of different simple techniques, that confuses our brain in to believing that the image "feels" volume and real. It is light, perspective, angle, color and many other small details.

That's where our geometric neon figures and mirrored panel came in handy.
Wires placed behind and in front of our model, and mirrored panel used as floor for model  lying on it, created sense of space in several directions.
All I needed is to add certain adjustments to photo on post production stage ( usual things, like: "improving" model traits, redrawing some light on model's body where needed, usual retouch of the skin, fixing small details and color grading) and photo started to shine. )
Big shouts to our Tao, who directed the concept you see on this photo and made a lot of beautiful shots, which came right to post-production stage.

We both worked and working really hard on bringing you the Best Ahri we can make at this period of our lifes. Hope, you are excited to see this project very soon in near future. Still a lot of work needs to be done and more likely we'll finish in first days of May.
