Hidden WITCHER project! [and other news]

Hello my Sweethearts!

I came back from photo trip and after small rest want to share on first results. )
It was somehow hard trip, so there will be a story behind it.

First of all, I want to tell, that this is not my project and not the one I mentioned once in messages to you and in one of my posts.
For my Friends, who are new to my Patreon activity, there is the one specific big Witcher project I'm currently working on preparations for. It is very hard to pull of and needs a lot of efforts from my side, especially in model and costume departments, because I'm planning to gather many different characters.
This project, who's preview you are looking at, is somehow a stepping stone for boosting my preparations. There I could practice with big "crowd project" and see for myself, what style and technique I should use. )

"Сircle of Enchanters" is the project gathered and created by 12 independent cosplayers from Siberia. At first, they made it specificaly for Big old SIberian Festival called Siberia Otaku Saiten, but later decided to have photoproject too.
So they aproached me to be the photographer for thier project, which meant some bread and butter on table )
There were two obstacles on our way in order to shoot this project.
First, we had only 2 hours to shoot everything. Which is very small amount of time, when you have 12 people and you need to make a story. I and Tao worked acording to plan we came up with, even so if we had 3 hours at least it'll be better for project.
Second, road to another city. Usually it takes 3 hours by car, but this time it was different and more difficult, which resulted in 7 hour long trip. Terrible car accident happened on road with someone, so we were caught in looong traffic jam. It was unfortunate, and I hope drivers who hit each other are alive and will return to their families.  Later our (blabla)car broked its brakes and I guess it is fate who prevented us from even more bad things on road.
There is a thing I want to tell you: "Please be safe on road. Don't rush and be careful. Thrills or being late are nothing, the more important is to come back safe to your family or loved ones.Please remember that! "

Now when I'm writing this post, I just can't think of the word "balance". Road and preparations were hard, but actual work went better and easier than we expected. Balance.
These photos are just small preview of  "Сircle of Enchanters" project. Our work is not over and there is still post-production awaits. ) Just wanted to share on small glimpse from set.

As was written in post's title I have another news for you. It's not big or exciting as I think, but I'm very proud of it in certain way.
Riot Games Russia (Riot Games, the ones who made Leage of Legends) choosed me as the photographer for calendar. At least for Siberian region ) There was cosplay contest orginized for cosplayer in Russia by them, and reward was to be part of LoL's cosplay calendar. Only one cosplayer from Siberia was chosen for it, so I'm going to make small photoshoot with him for the company. ) I hoped there will be more chosen cosplayers, and wasn't quite sure will I have this work or not.

Next week I'll go to another city to shoot it.
Since I need to go there, I decided that we'll shoot our own projects too (main parts from each). So it'll be 3 days long trip full of different photoshoots, which I'll present in future ) Tao found beautiful locations for these projects, so it is a great opprtunity.

For now, I'm slowly starting to work on post-production of our Daenerys and working on preparations for upcoming photoshoots. Remember I said, that August will be very hard month for us with very tight scheldue? )
At least we managed to leave throu first half )
