IMPORTANT If you play the download Android APK version of the game, you MUST play a version of the game with the migration mechanism BEFORE installing the new APK, or you will LOSE ALL YOUR LOCAL & AUTO SAVES (not your to-file saves). Versions 0.7.12 – 0.7.15 have the migration mechanism, you’ll know it’s working because it gives you an annoying popup whenever anything saves. Once you have seen the popup, it is safe to download version 0.7.16 and your saves will carry over.

To activate the code, right-click the game in your Steam library, click properties, go to the BETAS tab, and then enter the code. Then select "backer" from the dropdown.

"Then depending on their settings Steam will start downloading the build or they can click Install/Update where the PLAY button would normally be in their library If that still doesn't work (it should) then they can go to the LOCAL FILES tab and click "VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES" which will force an update."

2024-08-04 07:28:08 +0000 UTCAs far as we can tell that is probably due to your Fire being too old for the version of Cordova we just updated to. :( Unfortunately the old version we used is about to be discontinued, so we really don't have much of a choice in the matter.

2024-08-03 20:28:57 +0000 UTCJust updating, all other apps seem to be working fine. 0.7.16 causes crashes on reinstalls, tried clearing cache, and local data, reinstalling last Android OS update and a factory reset. CoC2 will not launch and cannot load my backup files. Might simply not work on Fire 10/7th gen tablets. I guess I play on PC now.

2024-08-02 04:30:53 +0000 UTCHey, this might be a problem with my tablet, not the update, but when I installed 0.7.16 the game refused to open and caused my tablet to crash on launch. I reinstalled .15 and tried to load from my (to file) backup. But it wouldn’t load and future attempts give me a corrupted data error. I think I lost all my saves despite the manual backup. I have a fire HD 10. OS is the current update. Was working fine until .16
