At 11 feet plus heels, any person next to Rebecca looks really tiny, what a tiny person would look next to her? Just slightly taller than her knees! The hardest part was to find a nice angle and use the right lens focus (in this case a wide lens), to make him looks not so little next to her, because if you see a medium range and with the angle of the camera a bit far from him, on both their side, he looks incredibly small. So Yeah, in such cases camera angle and the right lens focus help a lot!
