At the moment I'm just getting things set up. Please be patient with me while I get everything at 100% as I'm still learning the ropes on here.
So hi. I'm Mr Gruts. I'll give a bit of background about myself. I've been a great admirer of homoerotic art for many years. I had previously worked in illustration, but decided to start dabbling in explicit artwork around 2018.
I showed my first erotic artwork at the "Tom of Finland Foundation's Emerging Artist Competition" in 2020. I was delighted to receive both the Dean Cameron Multiple Figure Award and the overall Tom of Finland Grand Prize Award. I still pinch myself regularly to check I'm not dreaming. (The winning artwork "Country Club" and my other entry "Herakles and The Satyrs" are both available in high resolution in the Mean tier).
Since then I've been gauging people's interest in the social media to see if my work has an audience. I've been grateful to receive very encouraging support from a warm community. (https://twitter.com/mrgruts and https://www.instagram.com/mrgruts/ )
That brings us up to date. I'm now trying to earn money from my erotic artwork for the first time. And for the first time doing something I want to do as opposed to being commissioned to paint other people's ideas.
I hope that we can enjoy this journey together. Even if you're unable to join the Gruts Club, I do really appreciate your support and interest in my work.
