HUFFNEWS! (Changes to patreon benefits)

Hello! I finally finished the comic and it took me MUCH longer than i thought it would, but no matter. It's finally done and i learned a lot about managing such big projects. I don't feel discouraged so you can expect slow steps toward new big project in the future. 

Now lets talk about the main topic of these News: Changes to benefits. Sadly I have to remove "Commission line priority" from list of supporters benefits, so 5$ and 10$ won't actually get to commission before everyone else. When i first made this a benefit i thought it was a good idea to reward my supporters with guaranteed commission slot when i do open, but recently i talked a lot about management with people who have a lot more experience than i do and i came to conclusion to remove this benefit. Here are the reasons why:
-Guaranteed Commission slot for 5$ and 10$ supporters is probably already completely unreasonable. There is more than 70 supporters at these tiers and if even 20 of you would want to commission me, i would be flooded with work for months. When i made this benefit i had few supporters and i had no experience with commissions, now i know better and i see how unrealistic such promise is.
-Making commission priority a patreon benefit creates situation in which people have to pay me to get a chance to pay me for work. Do you see a problem? I don't want to create system in which only my patreons get a chance to get a commission. I want to create art for everyone, and not build myself an elitist stronghold.

I know this sucks, especially if you are my supporter at 5$ or 10$ tier and supported me specifically to get a commission. I'm sorry for letting you down. However, i feel obligated to make up for this change in some way. I can't give all my 5$ and 10$ supporters a commission slot... But i can give you a free doodle! I hope it'll make this situation a bit better, and this change a bit more bearable. 

Note on Bigger projects and wips: I do not set deadlines, and while i do try to deliver art as fast as possible, i make mistakes and i work at my own pace. Because of that, like with comic i just finished, some projects will take months before they are done. I don't want to stress, i don't want to rush.

No Commissions slots, No hidden patreon-exclusive art. What is this patreon for exactly then? Well, I will be posting occasional poll, and WIP on bigger projects but overall... I want you to think of my patreon as a tip jar. Throw some money my way if you like what i do. I can't offer much patreon-exclusive things because i want my art to be enjoyed by people no matter if they pay me or not. I hope you understand.
