CrossFit definitely has been whipping my body into shape more and more—I've been working on getting my #SummerBody back. I asked my CrossFit coach to takes some photos during yesterday’s work out....They didn’t turn out quite like I thought they would. I wasn't crazy about my stomach or expression looked but I decided to share them anyway (wow he's so brave!) --but mostly bc didn’t want to ask him to take any more so... here they are.
Some days I think my body looks good and some days I don’t. Some days I have abs but most days I don’t. Usually only the best photos ever get posted but behind every good photo is a least 10 not-so-good ones. I scroll though Instagram comparing myself to some of the other guys I see on there and feel inadequate. I think my arms aren’t good enough or my abs aren't good enough (or that I sometimes have a mini-muffin top if what I’m wearing is too tight). But rather compare ourselves we need to try to celebrate what we like about ourselves rather than fixating in what we don’t. I hope my posts don’t make anyone feel inadequate or self-conscious, but I’m sure that do because we’re all battling the our own insecurities and self-criticisms. Remember when you see these photos a lot of it come from flexing (while trying to seem like your not flexing), good angles and good lighting.
Anyway didn’t mean to get preachy. All in all: Don’t sweat it. ❤️ Unless your at the gym them sweat it out.

I’ve been trying to go 4 or 5 times a week and usually end up on the floor at the end like this :
