🎲 Random Lottery Rules
1️⃣ Characters with 5 or more votes will be added to the lottery pool, and one will be selected at random.
2️⃣ Before the voting ends, some characters may be completed in advance under special circumstances.
3️⃣ If a character receives fewer than 5 votes in a month, please avoid suggesting the same character again the following month, so that other characters can have a chance to join. However, you are welcome to suggest them again in later months.
4️⃣ If a character gets more than 15 votes in a month, it will automatically carry over to the next month. If it exceeds 15 votes for 3 consecutive months, the character will be completed directly as an extra character.

🎲 隨機抽選規則
1️⃣ 角色獲得 5 票以上，即可進入抽選池，並隨機選出 1 位。
2️⃣ 在投票結束前，也有可能因特殊情況而提前完成其中角色的繪製。
3️⃣ 若當月角色 未達 5 票，請避免在下個月重複提名，以便讓其他角色也有機會加入；但下個月仍可再次建議。
4️⃣ 若當月角色 票數超過 15 票，將自動延續到下個月；當 連續 3 個月超過 15 票，會直接完成該角色的繪製，並作為 額外角色。
