The behind the scenes reason for Erica leaving was apparently just that they weren’t feeling the chemistry between Erica and Callie. I can’t say I disagree but i think it was only because they murdered any chemistry between them with the weird writing. I always find it so jarring to see them outside the hospital hoping for some mangled patient. It does very much feel like they’re making fun of the autistic doctor. It shows how much less understood autism was at the time I think. For some reason the idea of the Mark and Lexie age gap doesn’t make me as weirded out as Izzie and Denny did and the age gap there was I think a lot smaller. Not sure why, maybe just because mentally Mark feels very immature. The interns practicing on each other makes me super uncomfortable. Yes the residents should be teaching them but this isn’t the answer to them not doing. Yeah Owen is a walking talking red flag tbh. Cristina really knows how to pick them.

Yes, I agree, the kiss thing in the alley between Cristina and Hunt did seem to show some red flags. Especially since we suspect from his earlier talk with her that he may have some small amount of PTSD from the time his group in the military were all killed in an attack. Carefully izzy, if he accidentally bites your lip, you'll end up Walking Dead too. You want to get rid of him, go to morge and cover yourself in guts. He think your dead too and go away. Maybe put a noise maker some distance away.
