2025-10-24 06:55:03 +0000 UTCGood news for me, I got a new job that should have more a more stable schedule so I should actually get time to write more comments The producers of the show said they really liked the look of Joilette prison where they filmed the show so much, they actually considered the idea of the 2nd attempt fail as well & have season 2 be about another attempt, but then they joked about how many times could Michael's plans fail & everyone still go along with it. I think the strength of this show is the creator mapped out an outline for 5 seasons, where it starts & where it ends, with the episode writers filling in the space in between. For the most part they stuck with the plan, so the writers always new where the story had to go & could build up to it during each season. I never watched the show a t start when it aired. For some reason the show sounded hokey. I would see ads for it when watching the show 24, but I never fully paid attention & just dismissed it. During the 3rd season I saw the season 1 DVD's at the local video store. On a whim I rented the 1st disc & actually liked the show. I then bought the season 1 DVD & binged season 1 in a few days. I wasn't planning on getting season 2 right away but I was so hooked to the show, the next day at work I couldn't stop thinking about it & after work went & bought season 2 leaving me short handed to pay bills that month, but I didn't care at the time. I then bought season 3 on Amazon's early video service, before Prime video & got caught up to watch the last 4 episodes of Season 3 when they originally aired. whether you continue on to season or not, thank you for at least doing season 1. It has been great going back & watching the show again, It's been almost 9 years since I last watched it & seeing it through your reactions has been fun.
