I don’t think Sasha or Rosita care if Negan gets replaced, they just want revenge on Negan for killing Abraham. The pick-up truck that the Saviors used to transport the doctor had the exhaust pipes right the bed of the truck Sitting in that bed with the exhaust pipes right there, in your face, would not be good for you. It might even kill you. Well there goes Maggie baby doctor. That knot is called the queen of knots. While I agree part of the reason Eugene didn’t go is fear, but I feel that even more than that, he is enjoying the respect, authority and privilege he is getting here. At Alexandria he was treated as somewhat of a useless weirdo that people rarely listened too. Even the ones that liked him. But here people are frightened of his power, through Negan. He is a person of privilege that gets whatever he wants. I think the Negan lifestyle here has seduced him into liking it among the Saviors.
