Intense episode. I'm not sure if the little girl with Meredith is in shock or possibly she's autistic. Look at Shan defending Izzy from the irate guys on the ferry. Burke said to Derek that they were waiting for Christine to tell Meredith about engagement, so what does Derek do, he says it out loud where everyone can hear. I don't know why though Burke didn't immediately tell Sloan to not tell anyone yet. I'll give Alex some credit here. Definitely showing some patient caring here. Uh, Meredith, where did you go hun? Little swimming would be nice.

She’s not even supposed to be working on patients, she’s still on probation. Why would you take someone that isn’t supposed to touch patients? Burke should absolutely have waited before telling Shepherd. And he can stop with this BS that him and Derek are anywhere near as close and Cristina and Meredith are. Alex is so good with the patients now. Makes me sad that when i first watched i held how awful he was in s1 and 2 against him still at this point in the show. I think i watched too many seasons too fast so it was really fresh in my mind still. Pretty sure it was under a week after i started watching that i was at this point in the show. Cliffhanger ending so not loads to say this time with lots of unfinished stories!
