Just watched a youtube video where ahe mentioned she was 2 years old when she started, anyways while watching her interview she seems like a very down to earth cool person not as so extra as the person she plays in cobra kai

2025-01-27 00:31:13 +0000 UTCWow i just found out that Rayna Vallandingham the actress that plays zara is an actual fighter and is multi time martial arts champion, of the time this article was out she is a 13 time champion. she recieved her first black belt at the age of 6, she is the youngest black belt martial artist to attain 12 World Championship Titles and, at just eight years old, won four different world championships, making her the youngest black belt ever to win such an honor(the last sentence was a quote from the article)but the one thing that is mind blowing to me when i was reading the article she started doing tae kwon doe at the age of 2, how the fuck is that even possible, i can believe it but damn 2 years old sounds fuckin crazy

Professional fighters have very controlled diets near their fights to ensure that are fighting at peak performance. Carbs, at the wrong time, can leave you drained. Protein, at wrong time, can slow you down. Need to regulate what you eat and when, same with fluid intake. Need your electrolytes and water. I don’t think Johnny is necessarily wrong in some areas, but the team definitely looks emotionally out of balance. They are not thinking or acting like a team. They are not focused. Miyagi-Do would tell them to look at the imbalance and correct the problem so they can achieve focus on their common goal of winning. Yeah, I was sus about Kreese when he made that snarky comment to Daniel as he left the hotel. Once Daniel was knocked out I was sure it was Kreese. I liked Daniels fighting technique with the Cobra guy in the basement. Once he knew he was from Kreese, He started using all the Miyagi-Do stuff in order of movies. He used a front kick to chest (crane kick- KK1). He then used round house punch (drum technique - KK2). Then he focused and used front punch to chest (focused nail punch – KK3). He followed by a body-throw to the ground. I wonder if he got that from Johhny. Kind of kewl. The thing the Cobra Kai kid picked up off ground right before the crowd started chanting Tory was a bloody tooth that she knocked out of the girl she kicked mouth. Gross. You were surprised by the Irish accent, the team the were fighting was called Dublin Thunder and they were playing Irish line dancing music. Wow, didn’t see that twist, Johnny and Miguel leaving. I get why but wow. Robby going to have to get his shit together quick now. I wonder if Johnny will send Kenny to replace Miguel. If he does, they better not kill Kenny. You Bastards. (If you know, you know South Park reference)

Shouts out to her for how great she was this episode. She may not be on the others levels but she held it down. I like how she came clean to Jonny.... By the way..... Is it Jonny or Johnny? 😂 Anyway I like how she came clean to them Both about Kenny, and how he took some of the responsibility for her feeling like she needed to cheat. I think that talk improved her performance in the last fight, and it was great how she took out herself along with the other opponent. It was nice of Jonny to realize that he does need Daniel by his side to help guide the kids. It was also nice of Johnny to have them be more Miyagi do while coaching the kids. Daniel was a damsel in destress wasn't he? But it was amazing out he saved himself, and kicked ass too. Miguel... I mean what can I say honestly? He's talking the talk, and backing every word up in the competition. That doesn't mean Robby feels he's better though. He's just having a better night with his girl on his team, along with his two best friends (even though they're at each other's throats ATM) Oh wait... Something is wrong with his mother... Nevermind. Guess he has worries too. I was going to say "he only has college to worry about" but yeah nevermind 😅 The iron dragons are KILLER!!! The two captains have just been running through people like a bull seeing red!
