Commenting just to say I finally have caught up....thus why I havent commented in a while, because I was behind. This particular number of the week was a bit meh, I agree. It felt like they needed to pad the episode count till they get to a specific point of the season, but also move the story a little bit with them working on the malware code. I did like the way Reese & Beale left things. It was good knowing not everyone in the CIA wants him dead.

It took 5 seasons but we finally had someone from the CIA who doesn't want Reese dead seems kinda okay despite the job. This may be the only time Reese was faster to shoot than Kara. I think it was the right call to lie to the brother.
