After looking at this for a while, I really like the story implications of the pic. I like how the snakes are the one's guzzling alcohol while the main body helplessly bloats up. I really like the concept of Vennominaga losing control of her snakes, and them keeping her in a drunken daze to retain control of the goddess. As for why they would do it, I'm not sure. Maybe she overuses hair product and gets it in the snakes' eyes and mouth. Definitely worth writing a one-shot, or maybe a miniseries of her trying different kinds of alcohol.
