General Lane says to Jordan and Jonathan: 'I've seen things you wouldn't believe. Glimpses of other worlds, and the leagues of superheroes they have on them. And even though WE ONLY HAVE YOUR FATHER on this planet, thank God that we do, because he's the finest of ANY EARTH'. This character (played by a different actor) met Supergirl in Supergirl Season 1. Now General Lane is saying this Earth's only superhero is Superman. So there is no Supergirl on this Earth. This show is not set on Earth-Prime. It's still Arrowverse, just not Earth-Prime. I'm sure you think it is ridiculous of them to do this, and I would agree, but that's the situation we're dealing with.

I'm glad that even though the Flash is ending and the rest of the Arrowverse is gone, this show will keep going. I know it won't be for very long but I will take as many seasons as they give us.

2023-04-26 05:48:12 +0000 UTCI really love this show like Man how can this be a CW show Tal being redeemed a little too quickly was weird but the brotherly love is there it just for the rest of the family is weird It's kinda sucks this show isn't set on earth prime but it's kinda makes sense they never mentioned Kara or the other arrowverse heroes and I swear Thier was supposed to be a picture of Kara in season 1 but I think they cut that out I love how Jordan got more to this season and hopefully he gets a super suit next season I think it's was smart for Lana not to get back together with Kyle and honestly I think they are setting her up with John Henry I think I decided that Tyler is my definitive superman at this point don't get me wrong I like Tom welling version but I think Tyler has edge here The writing the special effects especially the scene when Clark was power up by the sun and literally punch the planets apart I love this show so much I can't wait for your reaction to season 3

I can see the critique of Tal maybe being redeemed a little quickly and it was definitely the least fleshed out but the "brotherly love" was always there. It just got poisoned by his dad. Once that poison was gone I can believe him coming to his senses.

As for Lana, I feel like the writers are slowly setting up John and her as a relationship couple, I’ve read in the comics that they got together and I think they’re going that route. I hope they give Jordan his own super suit next season

2023-04-22 03:59:45 +0000 UTCTo explain this a bit further, it was supposed to be on Earth Prime, but after the Batwoman crossover fell through, the producers decided they would like to separate it form the rest of the Arrowverse. DC gave them permission to do so, but on the condition that they not reveal it until the end of season 2. No one's quite sure why.
